Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated Gameplay Programmers to join our network of expert consultants. As a Gameplay Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing gameplay features that enhance the overall player experience. You will collaborate closely with the design and art teams to bring the game to life and create engaging and immersive gameplay.

Projects

The types of projects we work on are divers, they range from indie to AAA, from Unity and UE5 to proprietary engines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers and artists to develop and implement interactive gameplay features
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for gameplay systems
  • Optimize and debug gameplay features to ensure smooth and engaging player experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in gameplay programming
  • Contribute to design discussions and provide input on gameplay mechanics and features

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
  • Solid understanding of game design principles and mechanics
  • Experience with game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine or proprietary engines
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Passion for gaming and a keen interest in creating innovative and immersive gameplay experiences

Work location

Majority of projects can be done fully remote. Sometime clients will ask to come in the studio from time to time.
